You may delete your server/user generated data with a custom built-in command /debug. Or you may contact us at [email protected] for full Data deletion.

Guild ID - Unique identifier for your Discord guild. We will be able to assign user generated data to your Discord guild.
User ID - Unique identifier for your Discord account. We will be able to assign user generated data to your Discord user within that guild spefically.
Channel ID - Unique identifier for your Discord guild's channel. We will be able to knows which channel to send the notification or message in.
Role ID - Unique identifier for your Discord guild's role. To make /anime admin editpermission works, we will be able to remember the role that will allows user with the role to be able to use a specific commands.
Webhook URL - Unique identifier URL for a Discord guild's channel which is specificly for sending messages and cannot be use to read or view other people messages within that guild or channel. This makes it possible for us to send notification across all Discord guilds.
User Generated Data - All user generated data are stored in the MongoDB Database.
Login With Discord - We store this to remember the login session and verify identity of Discord user that is using the site so they can manage their or others servers and being able to make a subscription purchases.

DATA WE COLLECT FROM "Anilist.co & MyAnimeList.net"

AniList

We only store this data for a period of time until Anime fully aired then the system will automatically compleltely delete it from the database.

Anime Media - A Data of specific anime which includes anime's title, description, image, tags, and more.

MyAnimeList

We don't store any of your data. Only fetched data for /anime import mal to works.

We use the proper secured credentials "TLSv1.3", "TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256" which is issued By "Cloudflare, Inc." and secure http headers. All interaction and requests with this site are fully encrypted and secured.

WEBHOOKS URL & SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Even though the server's database can only be access locally, we still encrypts the URL with a secure encrpytion algorithm to prevent any data breaches from stealing it.

REFUND POLICY

You are eligible to receive a refund of your subscription purchase if you decide to cancel your subscription within 7 days. The refund amount decrease by 17 percent each day passed.
