IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, ANITRACK'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ALL CASES AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANITRACK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
